Change Xcode's storyboard interface builder canvas colour -


i using xcode 6.4 , find canvas/background colour of interface builder terrible. viewcontrollers have general whitish colour, canvas. makes viewing rather uncomfortable there no contrast between canvas , objects work (view controllers etc). there way change canvas colour please?

as far research went, there no way change canvas colour.
